*Pet Sitting Visits are available in blocks of times. They are as follows;
Wake Up: 7-9am
Clients may request visits for these blocks of times. Times are approximate. Pets needing medicine within a certain time frame are given priority. *Dog Walks are also scheduled during the these blocks of times. The walk is for one animal at a time unless pets are from the same household and walk well together. Walks are not offered during the summer for our Arizona clients.
*Standard Overnight Stay are 9-11 hours (usually from 7:00-9:00 p.m. through 6:00-7:00 a.m.) depending on the service schedule for that day. If additional visits are needed they will need to be scheduled in addition to the Overnight Stay
* Extended Overnight Stays are 12 hours (7:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.). If additional visits are needed they will need to be scheduled in addition to the Overnight Stay
*Saturday & Sunday service requests are confirmed during our regular office hours.
Our amazing, friendly, trained, pawfect pet lover will come to your home to meet you and your pets.
A complimentary 30-45 min house visit to go over details and pick up keys.
Service will not be approved until the meet & greet has been completed.
If more time is required an additional meeting fee of $25 will apply.
You will be given access to create your Pet's Portal prior to the initial Meet and Greet. From your portal you will have access to request services, update your pet care and personal information, view your schedule and securely make a payment.
You have the option of providing us with 2 sets of keys (one key for the preferred sitter and one kept on file at the home office). Your personal info is never kept along with your key. Or, a key kept in a lockbox left on your property. This is our preferred method. A lockbox can be purchased at your local hardware store or online. Click here for one we like and often use
*Please note: If you choose to have a key picked up and dropped off before and after each service a $10 fee will apply.
Collar, leash, Pooper scooper, poop bags, treats, pet food, Preferred cleaning products, paper towels, regular towels, a dust pan and broom, kitty litter, and other necessary equipment as required. Anything not provided will be added to the invoice. *There must be access to a clean bathroom onsite (one with shower for overnight visits).
*Clean sheets and towel for Overnight Stays.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Requests are approved once your Portal has been filled out, the Meet and Greet has been completed and visit requests have been approved. Payment policy for each service is as follows: Vacation Pet Sitting and Overnight Stays – 100% due at first service
Regular weekly Dog Walks and Pet Sitting – Billed weekly, 100% due at the first service of the week
*If additional fees occur, including but not limited to, emergency or veterinary care, unexpected home expenses, pet food, or other special needs Client agrees to pay these additional fees within 24 hours of completion of service.
Overnight Stays and vacation Pet Sitting visits are subject to a 7 day cancellation period. If any service is cancelled without at least 7 days’ notice then the client will be responsible for half the total invoice.
Cancellation of weekly dog walks and pet sitting visits must be requested 24 hours prior to scheduled services. If a visit is cancelled without at least 24 hour notice client will be charged the full rate unless approved otherwise.
A $5 per visit fee will be added to all visits booked with less than 24 hours’ notice unless approved otherwise.
Please note, invoice may include a holiday surcharge. An additional 20% will apply to each visit on the following holidays;

Labor Day Weekend (Fri-Mon)
Thanksgiving Week (Wed-Sun)
An unpaid balance beyond 10 days will have a late fee of $10 added to the invoice. After the 10 days a $5/day fee will be applied to late payments. In the event it is necessary to initiate collection proceedings on the account, Client will be responsible for all attorney’s fees and/or costs of collections. Client understands that Paws & Claws Pet Sitting Services, LLC reserves the right to report any unpaid balances to the appropriate credit bureaus.
Client understands that there will be a $25.00 handling charge for checks returned for any reason.
The information saved in your portal is maintained in a secure location. Security breakdown PDF upon request. All data is protected using the same 128-bit level encryption your bank uses. The information requested in your portal is used to provide outstanding care to your pets.
